Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We operate from two warehouses, one in Sydney, Australia, and one in Los Angeles, USA. Depending on product availability and your delivery address, your order may be shipped from either location*.Â
*All U.S. orders are shipped exclusively from our Los Angeles warehouse. As a result, no duties will be applied at checkout.
This dual-warehouse system enables us to offer faster delivery times and more efficient inventory management.
- If an item is out of stock at one location, your order may be fulfilled from the alternate warehouse (excluding U.S. deliveries).
- Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the dispatch location.
- During holiday periods and public holidays, please allow for possible delays in processing and delivery.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us at ecom@elliatt.com.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at ecom@elliatt.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, ELLIATT accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note, we ship from two warehouse locations & your shipping will be charged accordingly by location.Â

TAX AND DUTIESÂ
We aim to make your shopping experience seamless by managing taxes and duties upfront on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
Duties and taxes are charged at checkout to ensure quicker delivery and reduce the likelihood of delays or unexpected charges.
Please note:
- Any shipments rejected by the receiver will incur return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, ELLIATTÂ cannot take responsibility for incorrect details provided by the receiver.
